Exceptional Comfort and Hospitality in Whitby!

My solo stay in the Single Room with a stunning park view was delightful. Every morning, I relished a hearty breakfast with a variety of choices. The owners' helpfulness shone through. they even offered great local tips. Aim to book street parking early!

Nonetheless, the staff was attentive and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Honestly the staff went above and beyond, like when they set up a table for us when it rained while we were waiting outside. The breakfast was well worth it, with offerings that made everyone eager to jump out of bed, especially the black pudding, you need to try that.

Shower facilities could use a shelf to hold essentials, and noise from the nearby roundabout may disrupt sleep if windows are left open on warmer nights.

The bathroom was quite narrow, making it a bit awkward to navigate. we faced an issue with the hot water during our stay, which was quite frustrating as it limited our ability to wash up, especially for the kids. Although the staff were very apologetic and provided a discount, it still affected our comfort. I also noticed the bar wasn't open in the evenings, which would have been nice for family relaxation time after a day out. I enjoyed my time here despite a few drawbacks.
